Drop Off Procedure

  • Drop off is permitted only in the front drop off lane.
  • The primary entrance will be the west front door by the large parking lot.
  • The door will be open from 7:25 am- 7:40 am.
  • Parking is not permitted in drop off lane during drop off / pick up hours. Parents needing to come inside may park in west parking lot.
  • No drop off is permitted on Drexel Street or in the smaller east parking lot.
  • No drop off is permitted in the west parking lot. Parents must park and walk children across the incoming traffic lane.

Pick Up Procedure

  • Pick up is permitted only in the front pick up lane with blue car tag.
  • Parking is not permitted in the pick up lane during pick up hours. Parents needing to come inside may park in west parking lot.
  • No pick up is permitted on Drexel Street or in the east parking lot.
  • No pick up is permitted in the west parking lot. Parents must park and walk children across the incoming traffic lane.

    • Blue Car Tag - Visor Side OR Holding 

    • Park in front lot if walking to crosswalk - SAFETY FIRST!

CAMPUS POLICY REGARDING BIRTHDAY TREATS @ SCHOOL
 
Due to a large number of scholars that have reported food-related allergies, edible birthday treats are not allowed to be sent to school for celebration of student birthdays. However, if parents would like to send a non-edible treat (stickers, pencils, etc...) you are welcome to do so, but you must include ALL scholars in the class. Additionally, if parents are sending in non-edible treats, you are asked to send them to the teacher for distribution at an appropriate time.
